Fitnexa’s DUVA ONE is a new in-ear sleep gadget that actually pays attention to what’s happening in your bedroom and with you while you sleep. It tweaks your audio, noise control, and how the device works all night long, so you don’t have to think about it.
Most sleep trackers just tell you what happened after you wake up. DUVA ONE tries to help you while you’re still asleep. The slim earbuds, smart charging case, and app all work together to figure out what you need and when.
Duva @ IFA
You can start your night listening to a podcast over Bluetooth. Once you’re asleep, DUVA ONE switches to its own sleep sounds and saves battery. If your partner starts snoring or traffic gets noisy, it can boost noise-canceling or add sound masking. In the morning, it wakes you with a private alarm, so you don’t need a phone.
The in-ear sleep gadget has earbuds that track your sleep stages, heart rate, and movement, while the case monitors noise, light, temperature, and humidity in your room. The AI figures out what’s going on and adjusts things based on your habits and preferences. You get to control the sleep sounds, how long they play, noise-canceling, and other settings in the DUVA app.
Sleep doesn’t happen in a static environment, so sleep technology shouldn’t be either. DUVA ONE is designed to respond while you’re still asleep.
Key Highlights
- Noise is a big deal when you’re trying to sleep. DUVA ONE uses passive isolation, active noise canceling, and sleep sounds to cut noise by up to 42 dB. It also has a transparency mode and can adjust noise-canceling on the fly.
- The AI checks how you’re sleeping in real time and plays custom audio to help you drift off, instead of just blasting generic white noise.
- If you sleep on your side, these earbuds are tiny, about 3.3 grams each and just under 10 mm thick. You get two ear-tip shapes and a bunch of sizes, so you can actually find a fit that works for you.
- Battery life is solid: up to 16 hours at the most efficient settings, or 13 hours of local audio with noise-canceling off. Even with ANC on, you get 9.5 hours. The case charges over USB-C or wirelessly and gives you five extra charges.
- The alarm wakes you up gently, getting louder over time. You can snooze for 5, 10, or 15 minutes right from the earbuds.
- Privacy matters here. DUVA ONE in-ear sleep gadget doesn’t record your conversations or upload any raw audio from your room. You can turn off any sensor you want and wipe your data whenever you like.
DUVA ONE is set to launch next month.
