ELEGOO is jumping into the 3D scanning game with the M1 Ultra, its first all-in-one smart 3D scanner. It launches on October 29, 2026. This is a big move for ELEGOO, and it means creators, engineers, and serious hobbyists can now turn real-world objects into finely detailed digital 3D models for all sorts of projects.
M1 Ultra, ELEGOO’s first all-in-one smart 3D scanner, will be officially unveiled on October 29, 2026
With the M1 Ultra, ELEGOO wants to make it easier to go from scanning something in the real world to modeling it and then 3D printing it. That means more options for customizing, reverse engineering, archiving, teaching, or just making cool stuff.
The M1 Ultra is built for accuracy and flexibility, but it’s also meant to be easy to use. It packs pro-level scanning with both blue laser and infrared structured light, so you can scan all kinds of objects. You don’t even need to mess with tracking markers for tricky surfaces.
ELEGOO 3D scanner features
ELEGOO also wants to make scanning easier. The M1 Ultra smart 3D scanner has a touchscreen for live previews and quick settings, plus wireless and a swappable battery so you’re not tied down. The ELEGOO SCAN software walks you through setup, helps with tracking, and handles a lot of the data crunching for you.

The M1 Ultra is ELEGOO’s next step in building a connected 3D creation setup. It’s all about making it easier to jump between the real world and digital projects, whether you’re making a custom part, testing out a new idea, or getting something ready for 3D printing.
ELEGOO will debut the M1 Ultra 3D scanner in Europe at two upcoming events: Maker Faire Rome 2026 (October 23–25, booth M.21–M.22) and SPIEL Essen 2026 (October 22–25, booth H5L125). Visitors will get an exclusive first look at the scanner ahead of its official launch on October 29.
ELEGOO will unveil pricing and additional key features on October 29, 2026. Stay tuned to ELEGOO’s official website for more updates.
