Pudu Robotics has launched the PUDU ET1, a compact AI-powered cleaning robot built for small commercial spaces. The ET1 is the first in the new PUDU E Series and is designed to scrub, clean, and dry areas from 100 to 800 square meters. It targets convenience stores, drugstores, chain restaurants, hotels, and offices with tight space and frequent cleaning needs. The ET1 aims to bring automated robotic cleaning to smaller businesses that need reliable, efficient cleaning but have limited room for larger machines.

The ET1 is built for tight environments, offering more mobility than larger robots and more autonomy than smaller devices that need manual help. It fits small-format businesses that need a practical cleaning solution for narrow spaces.

This AI-powered cleaning robot combines scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, and dust-mopping in one device. Its front-sweep and rear-scrub setup lets it handle dry debris and wet stains in a single pass, reducing manual cleaning. For tougher jobs, the scrubbing roller runs up to 800 rpm with 20 kPa suction to remove grease, footprints, and stubborn dirt while collecting wastewater. For sticky stains, it uses 85°C hot scrubbing, with its docking station supplying and maintaining hot water.

The ET1’s roller mop cleans itself in real time to reduce dirt buildup and avoid spreading contaminants. It quickly recovers dirty water, leaving floors nearly dry and helping lower slip risks in customer areas.

The ET1’s 8-in-1 docking station automates charging, water refilling, wastewater drainage, detergent dispensing, roller and squeegee rinsing, roller spin-drying, and water heating. After each cleaning run, the robot returns to the dock to self-clean, reducing staff workload. It also collects dust and debris automatically to reduce upkeep.

The ET1 AI-powered cleaning robot combines perception, motion control, and cleaning in one workflow. It can map spaces, recognize stains, create cleaning heatmaps, and adapt its cleaning in real time. The robot detects carpet edges to keep carpets dry, lifts brushes over spills to avoid spreading messes, and adjusts its operation for tough stains.

The ET1 is built for easy setup and operation, with auto mapping, one-click start, and simple modes for managers and staff. Its modular parts make maintenance easier and help keep long-term costs down. The robot can work in spaces as narrow as 50 cm and as low as 60 cm, cleaning during business hours with little disruption and reaching edges and corners that are often missed.

The ET1 can also support in-store marketing with an optional 21.5-inch display and customizable body wraps. It joins PUDU’s lineup of robots for different space sizes.
