MATEROBOT pairs a six-axis robotic arm, trajectory planning, distance calibration, and real-time thermal imaging with the detachable, FDA-cleared X1 PERFORMANCE ULTRA laser therapy system.
The modular design lets the system work in two ways:

Two Treatment Modes in One Platform
The X1 PERFORMANCE ULTRA outputs up to 15 watts continuous wave at 650 nm, 810 nm, and 980 nm. These wavelengths target different tissue depths and cover a range of treatment needs.
In laser rehabilitation robot mode, the six-axis system handles automated positioning, multi-angle access, and consistent treatment distance. Users can choose circular, linear, or matrix scanning patterns based on the treatment area.
In Portable Mode, clinicians detach the X1 PERFORMANCE ULTRA for manual use outside the main treatment room.
Real-Time Thermal Imaging for Feedback
MATEROBOT uses real-time thermal imaging during treatment. Before starting, it maps temperature patterns to define the treatment area.
During treatment, the system monitors surface temperature and can adjust settings to keep temperatures in range and avoid overheating.
After treatment, MATEROBOT generates thermal images and documentation, linking assessment, planning, robotic execution, and reporting.
Precision Without Extra Operator Work
Handheld laser therapy relies on the operator to keep distance, speed, angle, and coverage consistent. MATEROBOT automates these steps, while clinicians still select protocols and supervise patients.
