Realme has launched the 16T 5G, a mid-range smartphone aimed at users who want long battery life and a capable camera. The device features an 8000mAh battery and a 50MP Sony camera, offering a mix of endurance and solid photography.
The “Titan” Battery and 3-Day Power
The Realme 16T 5 G’s main feature is its 8000mAh battery. Realme claims it can last up to three days on a single charge, or handle 34 hours of WhatsApp, 25 hours of YouTube, or 14 hours of gaming.
The phone supports 45W SUPERVOOC fast charging. It also offers bypass charging to reduce battery heat during gaming, and reverse charging for accessories. Realme includes a 7-year battery health guarantee, stating the battery should retain at least 80% of its capacity after years of use.
Mid-range Smartphone Display and “Gleaming Wings” Design
The Realme 16T 5G measures 8.88mm thick, even with its large battery. It has a 6.8-inch HD+ LCD flat display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,200 nits, which should keep the screen readable outdoors.
The phone uses Realme’s ‘Gleaming Wings’ design with a shimmer-reactive rear panel and an aluminum alloy lens module. It comes in Aurora Green, Starlight Black, and Starlight Red.
