The company says the typing experience is even better this time around.
Software Built for Intentionality
Of course, hardware is just one part of the story. The MP02 runs a custom version of Android called Minimal OS, stripped down to the essentials.
Instead of the usual wall of apps and notifications, you get a simple command bar and one place for all your messages, calls, and emails. You can send a text or check your schedule with just a quick line of typing, no need to dig through apps.
But don’t worry, you’re not stuck in the past. Since it’s still Android underneath, you can use the Play Store for things like ride-hailing, banking, Spotify, or Google Maps. All the essentials work, just with a calmer, black-and-white look.
