HONOR’s Magic V6 and Robot Phone are Redefining AI Devices for 2026

At MWC 2026, HONOR showed off its latest push into AI with three new projects: Alpha Phone, Alpha Store, and Alpha Lab. The company also previewed Robot Phone, a concept device that adds motion and spatial awareness to smartphones.

HONOR also introduced the Magic V6, its most advanced foldable yet. It features a new silicon-carbon battery, improved display tech, and AI tools to boost productivity. Along with the MagicPad 4 tablet and MagicBook Pro 14 laptop, these launches show HONOR’s focus on building smarter devices that fit real user needs.

James Li, CEO of HONOR, said they are exploring the new paradigm of AI devices with Alpha Phone; hosting the new paradigm of the AI ecosystem with Alpha Store; and building the new paradigm of a silicon-carbon civilization with Alpha Lab. With three waves of the Alpha Plan, we will have all the components in place, and we are driving this journey at full warp speed,” he said.

HONOR Magic V6

While Robot Phone is still a concept, the Magic V6 is HONOR’s newest foldable you can actually buy. It’s designed for everyday durability, fast performance, and better multitasking with AI features.

Magic V6 is just 8.75mm thick when closed, with a tough hinge and reinforced build for long-term use. It’s rated IP68 and IP69 for water and dust resistance. Inside, HONOR uses its latest silicon-carbon battery tech to keep the device slim and long-lasting.

Thanks to a partnership with ATL, the Magic V6 uses HONOR’s fifth-gen silicon-carbon battery with 25% silicon content. This lets the V6 pack a 6,660mAh battery into one of the thinnest foldables available, so you get more battery life without extra bulk.

HONOR also showed off its new Silicon-carbon Blade Battery, which has 32% silicon and over 900 Wh/L. This tech could soon bring 7000mAh batteries to slim foldables.

The Magic V6 has two LTPO 2.0 screens: a 6.52-inch outer display and a 7.95-inch inner display. Both offer adaptive refresh rates up to 120Hz and high HDR brightness. The inner screen uses flexible glass with fewer visible creases and an anti-reflection layer for better viewing. Features like 4320Hz PWM dimming and AI Defocus Display help reduce eye strain.

With the large, unfolded screen, AI tools support multitasking, content creation, and communication. The Magic V6 also works smoothly with other devices, including Apple products.

Magic V6 is the first foldable with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip and advanced cooling. It’s built for smooth gaming, multitasking, and heavy use.

HONOR AI Ecosystem: MagicPad 4 and MagicBook Pro 14

HONOR also added the MagicPad 4 tablet and MagicBook Pro 14 laptop to its lineup at MWC 2026.

HONOR MagicPad 4, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 mobile platform[5], brings flagship-class performance to an ultra-slim 4.8mm tablet form factor. Its category-leading 3K OLED display features a 165MagicPad 4 that runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and is just 4.8mm thick. It has a 3K OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate and AI tools for multitasking. The 12.3-inch screen is built for productivity and content creation. Like the Magic V6, it works well with other devices, including Apple’s. You can also run the OpenClaw AI assistant on MagicPad 4 for more productivity options.

Everyday efficiency

It pairs a color-accurate 14.6-inch OLED display with class-leading battery performance, intelligent performance management and an ultra-light design for enhanced portability.

With MagicPad 4 and MagicBook Pro 14, HONOR is bringing AI features to more devices, not just smartphones.

Advancing Intelligent Devices and Robots for the AI Era

At its launch event, HONOR also unveiled its first humanoid robot, signaling a broader strategic move to leverage its mobile technology expertise to develop consumer-grade robots. HONOR’s robots will focus on three core scenarios: shopping assistance, workplace inspections, and especially supportive companionship. Unlike traditional robotics companies, HONOR brings a deep understanding of users developed through its smartphones and connected devices. This ecosystem continuity enables future embodied AI devices to recognize users, understand their needs and provide personalized physical assistance from the first interaction.

With Robot Phone, the humanoid robot, Magic V6, MagicPad 4, and MagicBook Pro 14, HONOR is bringing AI to both digital and physical products. Each new device shows how HONOR is building smarter hardware and software together.

Pricing and availability
