We love gaming. That’s why we love gaming mobile phones. Infinix just might make us get one more.
Infinix has officially brought its latest powerhouse to the Philippines: the Infinix GT 50 Pro. Striking a balance between futuristic cyber-aesthetics and heavy-hitting internals, this smartphone is built from the ground up to redefine mid-range mobile gaming.
Under the hood, there’s the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset, paired with a Mali-G720 MC7 GPU. This processor features an all-big-core configuration that promises to drive ray-tracing visuals. It has 12GB of physical LPDDR5X RAM (plus 12GB of virtual extended memory) and up to 512GB of snappy UFS 4.1 storage. To prevent thermal throttling, Infinix integrates its massive 32,700 mm² HydroFlow Liquid Cooling system. It’ll also make handling the phone better during serious gaming sessions.
It has a generous 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, capable of a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits for superb outdoor visibility. On the back, an active crosshair-style RGB light matrix acts as a functional notification hub. Dedicated pressure-sensitive GT Triggers on the frame give gamers console-grade physical inputs. Yup. They’ve thought of everything.
