Interactive tonies adds Monopoly, Guess Who and The Game of Life

We love how tonies ditches the display to get kids to play interactive games. Imagine playing Pokemon with an interactive audio device.

Tonies and Hasbro are teaming up to bring three classic Hasbro games to the Toniebox 2, reimagined as interactive, audio-first adventures for kids.

These new games, built for Tonieplay, turn classic board games into screen-free, story-driven adventures where kids take the lead. Working with Hasbro, Tonies has kept the heart of each game while adding new ways to play, faster action, and plenty of interactive fun.

Each game has been redesigned to offer a fresh way to play:

  • Tonieplay MONOPOLY Real Estate Rush (ages 7+): Kids can jump right into building, trading, and strategizing in a fast-paced version of Monopoly that keeps everyone involved—no more waiting for your turn.
  • Tonieplay GUESS WHO? Monster Mysteries (ages 5+): This playful guessing game uses sound and clues to bring characters to life, helping kids practice listening and deduction skills.
  • Tonieplay THE GAME OF LIFE (ages 5+): Kids set out on a choose-your-own-adventure journey, making decisions that shape their story and encourage creativity and independence.

Their collaboration with Hasbro has already brought beloved characters into the tonies universe for younger listeners. As they evolve that relationship to meet kids as they grow, they are transforming their iconic Hasbro games for Tonieplay. The result is something entirely new: interactive, audio-led games that transform how kids can play today, while honoring the legacy of the originals.

Tonieplay is made just for the Toniebox 2, blending the fun of gaming with the benefits of screen-free play.

Each game is built to spark creativity, encourage independent thinking, and work whether kids are playing solo or with friends.

Tonieplay is a new kind of screen-free experience that gives children more independence to play and enjoy these iconic games on their own, while giving parents an option they can feel good about. Whether kids play alone or with others, these games mix strategy, storytelling, and interactive prompts for a fresh take on the classics.

The Tonieplay Hasbro Games collection launches this summer, starting with U.S. pre-orders open now at tonies.com. After hitting shelves in July, the games will roll out to more countries through August and into the fall.
